Asset Acquisition Finance

Mezcredit Consumer Loans can be accessed by professionals in the banking / financial sector or blue chip/multinational companies, public sector employees, schools, business owners etc. This class of loans is secured by proof of employment and may not require collateral (as the purchased asset will also become Part of the Collateral) but will require a guarantor(s) depending on the amount. The loan is intended to meet urgent needs, typically runs for a tenure of 3 to 48 months and ranges between N500,000 up to N100,000,000 depending on the income of the customer. This product is for direct purchase of assets for (both incomes generating assets and household items) business owners and salary earners.

A 20% - 30% of asset worth to be contributed by lessor. Such items include household Item/Appliances, Motor Vehicles, Income Generating Equipment, etc. Our asset financing gives customers access to modern equipment, eliminates uncertainties associated with steep loan requirements, and also allows for cash flow within their businesses as the repayment is spread throughout the agreed timeline.

Requirements For Asset Acquisition Finance

• Duly Completed Mezcredit Loan Application Form
• A recent passport photograph.
• Loan Application Letter
• Company Profile (if required)
• Direct debit mandate and / or Post-dated cheques of months for lease facility
• 2 Passport Photographs
• Bank Statements (6 month most recent)
• Audited financial statement/Management
• Utility Bill
• Comprehensive Insurance on the asset, noting Mezcredit as 1st loss payee.
• Letter of Employment status (employment letter / confirmation letter / Promotion letter / letter of introduction from Company's HR)
• Proforma Invoice addressed to Mezcredit Finance.
