Local Purchase Order (LPO) Financing

Purchase order funding is a short-term viable credit option that provides capital to pay suppliers upfront for verified purchase orders. Mezcredit Finance Limited makes payment for goods supplied or services rendered in line with the terms and conditions of the purchase order. The tenure for Mezcredit LPO finance is usually 30 to 180 Days. This loan facility is designed to provide short term financing to small and medium scale retail customers with Purchase Order from reputable Nigerian organizations and Multinationals within a specified trade cycle, for facility to carry out supply orders. Our LPO finance is subject to a maximum tenor of 90 days with the option of 60 days renewal after the expiry of the facility. Loan Amount does not exceed 70% of cost of supply. Irrevocable Tripartite domiciliation of agreement in respect of Contract proceeds executed by beneficiary company. It is usually for purchase of goods within our borders.

Requirements For LPO Loan

• Duly Completed Mezcredit Loan Application Form
• A recent passport photograph.
• 6 months bank statement
• Valid purchase order
• Board resolution to borrow from Mezcredit
• CAC documentation
• Guarantor passport and identification
• Two years Audited Account.
• Six (6) months Bank statement
• Letter of domiciliation of contract proceeds
