• Duly completed Mezcredit Loan Application Form
• Approved building plan and other permits
• Evidence of prequalified subscribers.
• Architect valuation report.
• Favourable title search and charting report
• Favourable credit checks from two credit bureau.
• Board resolution to borrow from Mezcredit.
• CAC documentation.
• Guarantor passport and identification,
• Post-dated Cheque for Monthly Repayment
