The contract documents will be duly verified, while the solidity and reputation of the contract employer , as well as the operational/technical capacity of the contractor, will be critically evaluated. The profitability analysis of the contract and the financing need of the contractor amongst other parameters usually determine the terms of the contract finance.

This loan will help businesses finance the smooth execution of contracts awarded only by Mezcredit pre-approved list of companies, who have been vetted and authorized by Mezcredit. The loan is provided against a signed contract that your business has won, and the money must be used to complete the contract work.

We provide contract financing to our customers, under the condition that the Obligor must be a primary contractor of the contract-employer.

Requirements for Contract Finance Loan

• Customer’s application letter.
• Duly Completed Mezcredit Loan Application Form.
• A recent passport photographs.
• Letter from Employer confirming the Invoice and stating details/time of payment.
• Valid means of identification (National ID, International passport or Driver’s License) of prime mover or 2 of the company directors for limited liability companies.
• Six (6) months statement of account.
• LPO/Supply Contract documents.
• Letter of domiciliation of contract payment from Employer Company.
• Board resolution to borrow from Mezcredit.
• CAC documentation
• Guarantor passport and identification,
• Post-dated Cheque for Monthly Repayment.
